There is no free plan: the 15-day trial with a card is the way to try FormulaMaps. Accounts created before 23 October 2026 keep their 3 formulas exactly as they had them. The Traceability plan (lots, HACCP and EU labels) will come later and has no price yet: join the waiting list from the home page and we will let you know. The prices on this page are those in force when it was updated (23 October 2026) and include Spanish VAT; outside the European Union they are charged without VAT.

Why so cheap, when the engine competes with €300–700 tools?
Because we have no sales reps, no scheduled demos and no forms: the tool sells itself or it doesn't sell at all. We're an ice-cream-making family (Azuaga, since 1947) with an engine you can try right now with no sign-up. The low price isn't an offer: it's the model.

How much does FormulaMaps cost?
There is no free plan. Try it for 15 days with every feature: you add your card when you start and nothing is charged until day 16; you can cancel before then from “Subscription” and pay nothing. After that, Full: €4.90/month or €49/year — in Latin America, Brazil included, €3.90/month or €39/year. That is the founder price until 31 December 2026, and it stays that way for good if you join before then.
Why is it cheaper in Latin America?
Regional pricing based on purchasing power parity: the same product, adjusted to each market. Your region is estimated automatically when you sign up; if it's not correct, contact us and we'll fix it.
How do the AI and its credits work?
The subscription includes 10 AI uses a month with the standard model, during the trial too. Premium models are paid per use from a credits wallet you top up whenever you want (€5, €10 or €20), with no commitment; the balance never expires.
Can I cancel the 15-day trial?
Yes: from “Subscription”, in the app, before the first charge (on day 16) — and you pay nothing. We email you before charging you. One trial per account.
